When I book another room, it will be in the tower or an upstairs room by the pool, order another pizza and relax/ lounge by the pool. I'm planning on returning to the casino before I head back home. The pool was unbelievably clean and the towel guys were super friendly but JP the pool bartender was rude, arrogant and was not friendly at all. I ordered a pizza to go from the grill and I'd highly recommend ordering again. I ate at the Oak & Fork for supper and had 2 for 1 drinks and $3 appetizers, both were super good.

I ate at the Agave restaurant for lunch, our waiter was excellent but the prime rib sandwich was cold plus it took 45 minutes before we actually got our food. The casino slots were very tight, I played all 3 days and won nothing. I truly enjoyed the Spotlight band Sunday evening, they took requests and had a lot of fun dancing.

No one was above me, the second night it sounded like the Harlem globe trotters were playing ball all night, finally around 1am they went to bed and thankfully either they left or moved to another room because it was quiet. Never again!įor 3 days at the Ak-Chin casino I had a complimentary poolside room. Better luck driving to the nearest hotel in town if they have one. Enjoy your stay at Ak-Chin, your 3 star hotel. After all said and done, an $800 night turned into an eventful nightmare and an experience that was to be never forgotten. Deposit for the room was supposed to be $50, when checking out we were charged $75, constant lies! Paid for a Daybed, charged $20 for an hour of use. Made reservations at The Chophouse Block on multiple occasions, waited 2 hours upon arrival and was told by staff we didn’t have reservations and no seats were available! $200 for a table of two, food was OK but not very impressive. When we asked them to make our stay better and accommodate us for being woken up in the middle of the night we were offered a $15 play card at the hotel! Why would someone want a $15 play card when they are checking out? Bell boys beg for tips and carry on about tips being there only way to make money & asked us to “TREAT HIM GOOD”. Alarms going off at 1:30AM and didn’t stop until 2:00AM, guests sitting in lobby with young children at this time during FALSE alarms going off, harassing security. where do I begin? Worst experience ever!!!!! Customer Service is terrible, rude, and does not accommodate guests.
